Shipping & Refunds



All orders are despatched within 48 hours from receiving your payment, all orders are sent via AUSTRALIA PARCEL POST and you should receive your delivery within Australia between 2-5 business days.


We pride ourselves on offering our customers a premium product and hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange, please contact us via email to arrange an exchange/returns form and we will endeavour to process your request efficiently.

Returns policy

Our aim is to ensure you are delighted with the quality of your Mama & Max purchase, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will assist you with an exchange for another item, online credit note or a refund for the cost of goods only (please note that no postage cost will be refunded)

All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase, must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with swing tags still attached.

A completed Mama & Max exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned to us via Registered post. Mama & Max is unable to accept items that have had any tags removed, been worn or washed.

Please be aware that Mama & Max does not accept responsibility for items that were lost in the post or undelivered to us due to our customer not using the recommended Registered Post to return items.

Faulty Item

Mama & Max products are of premium quality, If your purchase is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or the fabric, Mama & Max will gladly replace or refund the items purchased.

Incorrect sizing

We are happy to exchange the size within 14 days from your delivery with no extra delivery fee, however we do not refund on the cost of the postage /freight charges for returning the item.

Incorrect Colour

Our Mama & Max website product images are for illustrative purposes only and although we try and show the colours as close to the items true colour, please appreciate that sometimes these shades may vary slightly.

However, If you feel the colour is not the exact colour shade as expected, please email us and we are happy to send you colour swatches to show actual colour choices and arrange an exchange or refund, we will cover the re delivery charges.
